TRI-CITY SPEEDWAY ANNOUNCES SCHEDULE CHANGE - RACES CANCELED SUNDAY, JULY 11th

FRANKLIN, PA...After much consideration from H&H Motorsports Management, the races scheduled for this Sunday, July 11 have been canceled.

Financial hardship is continuing to plague our tri-county area and with two big events scheduled only two weeks apart at Tri-City Speedway (Dave Blaney Night & All Star Circuit of Champions Sprint event) and multiple special events this week at other local race tracks, H&H Motorsports does not want fans to miss any of these special shows.

"After an exciting event on the 4th of July, and multiple special events this week at other local race tracks we've decided to give race fans a break this Sunday," said H&H Motorsports promoter Rich Hetrick. "We know many of our loyal racing fans are on a tight budget and it's not just the fans, it's the drivers and racetracks as well. I'm hoping fans flock to events at Sharon, Mercer, and Lernerville this week and then return to Tri-City Speedway July 18th."

The announcement has been made early and as soon as possible to allow drivers and fans to plan accordingly.

H&H Motorsports is pleased to announce that general admission into all 5-Star Racing Events from this point forth has been reduced: Adults $10, Students (11-16) $5, Kids (10 & under) are free.

5-Star Racing events feature Engles Trucking Big Block Modifieds, 4 Your Car Connection FASTRAK Late Models, Welding Technologies/Shaw Industries E Mods, E.F. Rogers Plumbing & Heating Pro Stocks, & Horn's Collision Repair Center Mini Stocks.

Tri-City Speedway will be back in action Sunday, July 18th with the All Star Circuit of Champions Sprint Series with special guest Dave Blaney, FASTRAK NE Late Model Touring Series, & the United E Mod Series! More information regarding this event will be released later in the week.

The makeup feature for the Big Block Modifieds that was scheduled for this Sunday has been rescheduled for August 1st.

Tri-City Speedway is owned and operated by H&H Motorsports. The modern era commenced in 1996, and Sunday night racing at the Venango County half-mile dirt oval continues this season with the DIRTcar Big Block Modifieds, FASTRAK Late Models, E Mods, Pro Stocks, and Mini Stocks, and special events that include Super Sprints and Super Late Models. Tri-City is located seven miles north of Franklin, Pa., off State Route 417.
