HAZLITT 1852 VINEYARDS IS NOW THE OFFICIAL WINERY OF THE T3 ALL STAR SERIES FOR 358 MODIFIEDS.
Enjoy wine, but drink sensibly and if you’re driving have a designated driver will be the main theme of the Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards as they join the ever growing list of associate sponsors of the T3 All Star Series for 358 Modifieds. In a recent joint announcement, Doug Hazlitt and Rob Beattie of Hazlitt’s 1852 Vineyards in Hector, New York will be the official wine of choice for the T3 All Star Series during the 2005 season. “With the tour stretching across the Southern Tier and western Pa., this will give us a great opportunity to expand our horizons. It is our feeling that the wines produced at Hazlitt’s are some of the finest in the Finger Lakes Region. The additional exposure that the T3 Series will bring will certainly help generate new customers.” That according to Doug Hazlitt. Rob Beattie was quoted as saying, “I have been involved in racing for a long time as a crew chief and I know the value of marketing through Motorsports. By hooking up with Kenny Shupp and the T3 All Star Series for the 358 Modifieds it will increase the exposure of the Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards to drivers and race fans outside of the Finger Lakes area of New York.” Terms of the deal are not disclosed at this time; however it will involve the distribution of a variety of Hazlitt products to several different race teams throughout the tour. According to series organizers, “It will be great to have Hazlitt’s on board with us for the series, as the distribution of their various wines will certainly be well received by those who choose to tour with us. However, the idea is to make people understand that they have to drink sensibly and if you’ve had too much don’t drive!
