Raceway's Cubby Wetmore made the trip to East Bay Raceway Wednesday, February 9 and it turned out to be a historic night as California's young Tyler Reddick won his first-ever Lucas Oil feature.  The fifteen year old chauffeur held off Tuesday night's winner Scott Bloomquist, Steve Francis, and Don O'Neal on the final restart for the win. 

Tyler Reddick took the upset win at East Bay Raceway Wednesday night.

 

Tuesday night's winner Scott Bloomquist started outside row two, next to Reddick.  That was as close as he could get to the speeding youngster.

 

Steve Casebolt did not make the feature.

 

Former Stateline Champion Chad Valone had a miserable night, had a wreck in the heat, didn't make feature.

 

Delaware's Austin Hubbard made the show, but could only get to 14th.

York, PA's Rick Eckert wound up tenth in the final rundown.

 

Wendell Wallace was 22nd.

Dan Stone had engine failure but was reportedly loaned one by Cornett.  Brand loyalty can be important at times.

 

World of Outlaws Late Model Series Champion Josh Richards was there and finished twelfth after starting eighth.

 

Tim Dohn was listed 24th at the finish.

 

Billy Moyer Jr did not transfer to the A-Main.

 

Don O'Neal had a third-place running, getting by Schlieper at the end of the race.

 

Ray Cook was 19th at the end.

 

Eddie Carrier Jr was scored in the final position.
